## Define a comparable population

Align assessment scope, methodology version, observation period, industry and evidence access before comparing organizations. Public disclosure coverage is not enterprise control effectiveness.

## Publish coverage

Report the sampling method, missingness, exclusions, uncertainty and changes in source coverage. Do not infer rankings or prevalence from an incomplete convenience sample.

## Release only reviewed results

Benchmark publication requires methodology validation, source rights and an accountable editorial decision. Until then, results remain unavailable rather than illustrative company scores.
